Amplify Screen: Resolved Incorrect Notification Recipient for Screener Completion

We fixed an issue where Amplify Screener engagement completion notifications were being sent to the Job Owner instead of the Submission Owner, even when the engagement was explicitly configured to notify the Submission Owner. Now, completion notifications are consistently delivered to the correct recipient as configured, removing the need for custom workaround automations to properly route them.
